"Do not send your aged loved ones to this place! They are better off in a luxury apartment for what they charge. My mother's rent has increased twice in 3 years meanwhile the services have dwindled to none provided. They are even charging residents to submit work orders! I will be publicly discouraging anyone from making this their home. There are absolutely NO benefits to living here at 55+. Now management is discouraging residents against daily home health care. Don't do it!"

"Very poor service and will lie just to get you in the door. Will nickel and dime you and don't expect to get your deposit back. Carolyn is a piece of work, will work with you until it's time to renew and will not work with you at all. Rent will skyrocket and if you don't renew she'll find every little detail wrong to where you will not get a deposit back. She'll act all nice amd lie to your face. Do not get caugjt by this terrible property company."
