"I can not say enough positive things about this bike shop. My wife and I made a last minute medical trip to the Kansas City area on a Wednesday morning, and decided we would take a look at the mountain bike selection while there. Velo+ was one of the very first, highly recommended bike shops we found on the internet. We were not disappointed. Not only did they have a bike in my size, but they also went the extra mile to assemble it that very same day for me! All because it was one I was interested in! After getting out of our medical appointment later than anticipated, we also weren't going to make it to the shop in time before it closed. We called ahead, and they even stayed open past their closing time so we could come and get the bike! Outstanding customer service when we arrived. They even helped us load it up into our car, and made sure to even put pads between the brake calipers so they wouldn't collapse on the drive home (since the wheels had to be taken off to load it up into the vehicle). They even threw in some awesome beanies as an extra gift! These people are the real deal. In the future if ever I need to purchase another mountain bike? I'll make sure to drive the extra three and half hours to this exact bike shop to do just so. Do yourself a favor and let Velo+ take care of you. Thanks again guys for everything!"
