"I give this place one stars but the employees a five star. you guys need to take better care of them. you guys had one person working in the cafe during a rush of over 10 people. shout out to Joe!! he was so nice, didn't seem stressed, and was doing his best. give that man a raise bc Lord knows I'd be grumpy if I were him."

"I thought I would give this store another chance and regretted it completely. All I wanted to do was make a payment and there was 1 cashier and a long line so I thought maybe they would allow me to make a payment at customer service but they refused. The girl at the counter and the supervisor/ assistant manager or whatever she was were rude and just said they wouldn’t and walked away. I will never step foot in this store again. Horrible employees."

"Great prices, but after seeing how employees are aloud to treat other employees, it's just so hard to want to shop here. Today a woman took a customer's order at the Cafe, another employees yelled at her in front of other staff and obviously customers. She apologized because she didn't know she couldn't take big orders. That should have been the end of it. But NO TWO more employees come up to her and harass her about the order to the point she's in tears. I make sure she's OK when it's my turn. I then over hear another employee saying that "she just doesn't have what it takes to work here." I am appalled by how these people who ALL are over the age of 50 could be so rude to someone in their early 20s. Blows my mind. Management needs to be better."

"While the staff that I've had interactions with have always been nice, it's just not a great store. They are regularly out of regular products (bottled water and iceberg lettuce for example), produce is often well past its prime if not in outright decay, products are randomly moved to a different location or just disappear altogether like 7 up and Quinoa did. Outside the store they also have carts blocking significant portions of the lanes in the parking lot at the front of the store in the mornings and in the cart return areas later in the day. All in all it seems like the issue is poor/deficient management."

"Showed up to this location with no baskets. I walked in to the store and spoke with the door greeter about there being no carts. Her response was “we are out”. Since I came to a Sam’s club odds of me caring what I need are slim to none. The pictures of the Full Cart Stalls where taken on my way to Costco."
