"Just called to speak with the manager about how the sizing charts for the youth football pants were slightly off from what’s online as just a courtesy to let them know so maybe future customers wouldn’t get the wrong size pants. Needless to say the customer service at that point decrease rapidity. He was kind of a jerk and was belittling saying it’s not his fault if the sizing charts are not accurate and what do I want him to do about it and such. I responded that he didn’t have to do anything about it, again I was just passing on the information. Clearly he took it as a criticism of him personally instead of just a useful piece of business information that could help his customer satisfaction."

"I wish I could give zero stars. I was very disappointed with the customer service on the phone today. The first call with the unnamed male employee was to inquire about making team jerseys for the a Blue Valley dance team. We’ve sent jobs like this to Center Sports before. This job was going to be considerably bigger and ongoing, as the team needs. They’re answering as Jocks Nitch now. The name doesn’t seem to be the only difference in my expectations. The man on the phone didn’t seem interested in answering questions about what options they had for me, or recommendations. Both are just basic questions. After about 2 minutes of futility in trying to get some very basic information out of a him, he said “I have a lot of work to do. I don’t have time to educate you m’am!”, and then he hung up on me! He’d had an attitude with me during the entire call, but I was trying to be patient. A couple of hours later I called back to speak with a manager. I spoke with different unnamed man who claimed to be the manager. It was clear from things that he said, that he was aware of the call. At no point in the second call did I ever get the impression that he found anything wrong with his employee’s customer service style. I’ve worked in retail for 30 years. What happened to me today as a customer is just not done. He couldn’t even apologize for me being hung up on. It’s a shame if this is an accepted norm in retail business now."
