"These are a GREAT price for the amount of space and the location. You cannot beat the direct and personal communication that comes from Terry. Maintenance is timely, and kind. They take good care of the community. Very reasonable pet policy as well! The one down side is the some neighbors aren’t particularly conscious about where they leave cigarette butts, but that is not the fault of management. I really liked living here and would recommend it to friends."

"Primrose circle is a great combination of a collection of people just doing life. Some social, some not so much (which is also totally okay) located in South Springfield (Galloway Village Neighborhood). Maintenance is really quick to fix things and things that can't be fixed, well they'll just replace it! Terry is always kind and quick to reply whenever I have questions about the apartment and that can be really rare to find in an apartment manager! I also absolutely adore my neighbor. Sweet as pie and also a longtime resident of Primrose Circle. The apartment is spacious and you can easily make it your own! (It doesn't feel like you're living in an apartment, but a real home) Also, talk about a great location. You're so close to everything including the wonderful Sequiota Park. If you're looking for a new apartment that feels more like a home, I would recommend you take a look at Primrose Circle!"

"I have lived at Primrose Circle for almost a year now and, overall, am very well pleased. The apartment is adorable--newly renovated before move in (new windows and ceiling fans, carpet, flooring, kitchen countertops, the works!) It is so spacious it feels more like a home. What I really like about living here is that this complex has all the important qualities a person searches for in a great place to live; it is super quiet both during the day and at night and conveniently located for great shopping and dining. One of the best aspects is the Manager's (Terry) quick response time when I have called or emailed with questions. Whatever it concerned it was resolved immediately. A person should always be cautious when recommending anything but I would recommend Primrose Circle to even a family member or friend."

"Worst place to live ever. First off they NEVER EVER return phone calls. No exaggeration. I've called at least 30 times in the last 3 years and have never got a call back. My A/C goes out in the summer, heat goes out in the winter, my vehicle has been broken into 3 times, no screens on my front windows b/c they were so old they fell apart and blew away (after I called 3 times begging for them to repair), kitchen window installed wrong so it leaks every time it rains flooding the kitchen, front windows were promised to be replaced 2 years ago and still no new windows, no landscaping or lawn care provided as promised, they do not spray for ants or any other pests and when I asked why they said it's not their responsibility. I could literally go on forever. Most recently my heater didn't work for 2 months because they could never manage to figure out what was wrong with it. During the coldest nights of the year we didn't have heat. I had to go spend $200 on space heaters and when I called to see if they would discount my rent due to the fact that myself and my 12 year old daughter didn't have adequate heat guess what?? Yep, they didn't answer the phone and never returned my voice message. SHOCKER right lol. I've been a tenant here since 2011 and seen this building go through 3 different owners and Three Stone Homes is by far THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!!! In the last 8 years I've paid my rent late only once and have always been a good tenant keeping a clean, well maintained home. My lease is up in July and I'm counting down the days! I can hardly wait to leave this hell hole they call Primrose Circle Apartments. Take it from me, never ever EVER move here! Total nonstop nightmare. *UPDATE* Still no heat and now no A/C. Called and complained twice this week and they haven't returned my calls. Big surprise right. My next step is to contact KY3 news and consult with my lawyer. I'm not going to continue to pay rent when my daughter and I don't have adequate living conditions."
