"Don’t rent here or from Wooten. They don’t care about tenants only your money. I had called serval times about safety concerns (Due to homeless people sleeping on the stair case and domestic violence) and no one cared at all and did nothing about it. There’s dog poop all over and maintenance is a joke. They can’t keep management either. We saw management switch 3 times in staying less than a year. I can go on and on but save yourself the trouble and don’t rent here. You’ll save yourself money and heartache. Trust me."

"This apartment complex is trash. Every person who posted a positive review has been paid to get a discount on a months rent( including myself after the first year). We currently don't have a manager or maintenance employee. There are 10 open maintenance issues that have not been resolved in 8 month my apartment alone. I keep a clean apartment and I have found two roaches and 5 brown recluses in the last month because Wooten no longer routinely sprays for pest. My stove sometimes wont work, the fridge leaks twice a day into the carpet that is close by causing mold, the linoleum is pealing and cracking away from the walls, my shower panels are falling away from the tile underneath, my bedroom ceiling is peeling and turning brown which means that there is a water leak, and my toilet tank leaks causing rust stains on the tile. Crime is commonplace at this apartment. Cars are always getting broken into and this morning, the cars on the west side were egged. And Wooten will not do anything to prevent it. I have had to report Wooten to the BBB because they would not repair a 2ft by 2ft hole in my ceiling that had been there for 1.5 years. They finally got the job done when they found out the state was investigating. Don't bother with this apartment"

"I have been living at Rosewood Village for almost a year now. They are owned by the Wooten Company. I picked the apartment complex because of the price and location. It is inexpensive and offers free internet. I have a 2 bedroom that was recently remodeled. It has been a great place for my daughter and I. It’s conveniently located close to colleges as well as shopping and restaurants. They offer a laundry facility that has been newly remodeled with 24/7 access. There is also a nice swimming pool to enjoy in the summer. They also have a maintenance crew that will fix anything in your apartment that you may be having issues with. The maintenance crew responds to issues quickly. Rosewood Village offers a convenient app to pay your rent and put in maintenance orders. The resident manager, Alex, is friendly and ready to assist the residents any way she can. I highly recommend Rosewood Village if you are looking for an affordable apartment that is conveniently located."
