"We lived at Meadowview for a little over a year and had a wonderful experience! Our Landlord, Kim, is just the sweetest person ever and has always been there if we needed something. They are quick to fix any issues that come up. It is not a fancy apartment but we have loved it and it has felt like home. We also really have enjoyed walking in the neighborhood behind the complex. It is a quiet & safe neighborhood with lots of young families. We walked it almost every evening. Highly recommend!!"

"I have lived in this complex since I have moved here from Colorado about 3 years ago, 4 this year. This place and the company have been the only reason I have stayed in Missouri. Its my home, and a good one at that. It's in a great location, and when ever something needs done, it gets done, they are super clean, redone, and kept up. Everyone has something to complain about now adays so the fact I have zero speaks volumes."

"I have lived here for four years and have had nothing, but a positive experience. If something is broke: it gets fixed. Maintenance is quick to repair anything. The pool is always sparkling blue and kept clean and kept up on. These apartments are in what I call a good part of town. We rarely see the police here. I feel safe here. Kim is an outstanding property manager and is very outgoing and personable. She will go out of her way to assist any of us on the property when she doesn't have to and we help her in return. The rent is inexpensive for the side of town we are on. I've never had a bug in my apartment. If you dont have felonies on your record and a relatively decent credit score apply for these apartments. It's a great place to live! I dont plan on leaving anytime soon."
