Woodgate Apartments

"Unfortunately, I’m a current tenant and I would leave zero stars if I could. I only have one month until my lease is up.. and I’m counting down the days to leave this place. DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING HERE!!! They don’t care about the people living here, it’s infested with roaches, my dog has been attacked 3 times here on the property by tenants animals not on leashes and they never cared once about my safety or my dogs. This place is not a home, and nobody should have to live here in my opinion. I honestly wish I would have read more of the reviews before coming! But it was a quick thing… next time I will know, hoping someone reads this and saves themselves the miserable time."

"Do not rent from this place they are not Tenant friendly. Paid rent on time for 3 years for my brother, never late once. Left apartment in great condition. Brother ended up in a nursing home. Cleared apartment apt in 2 days before rent was due and they still stole his deposit. Read all reviews before choosing to live in this roach infested facility."

"These apartments are a great first time apartments! For anyone starting out this is the place to go! However their are a couple complaints that are fixed rather quickly including plumbing issues with shower drains and bugs!! However like I said. They are always very vigilant and come into the apartment right away! It’s very known that apartments have issues and with new management it’s hard to handle every issue! However the only problem I stand with is occupants picking up after their animals!! I’ve only complained once and I was told there are not cameras so they aren’t able to place who is doing it. It has come to a point that you can no longer step on any grass at all. Personally I don’t think these apartments are bad for a single person. But if you have animals you regularly take outside. I would reconsider. I will be moving when my lease is up due only to people being unable to pick up after their dogs and the apartment being unable to do anything about it!"

"I have lived at Woodgate Apartments for more than 10 years and have witnessed the positive improvements since Entrust Property took over as management several years ago. I've lived in the same apt the entire time and the only issues have been several water leaks due to the older pipes. It is an older complex so some issues are to be expected. The staff are friendly and work hard to keep everything running smoothly which I'm sure with the sheer number of apartments can be difficult at times. They do have a designated person that drives around the complex and will clean up any furniture or trash right away that tenants leave outside the dumpsters. I've had a number of different neighbors through the years, and never had any major issues or felt unsafe. The property is well lit at night. For the much lower cost compared to other complexes in the area, it is a great deal and has allowed me to save enough money to retire years earlier than I could have living in my previous apt. And I sure enjoy my freedom from the 9 to 5 !!!! I moved here with a goal and have accomplished it - Thank you Woodgate!"

"Lived there for 2 years we had a few issues here and there and the place can be strict so keep your decorations inside the apartment but it truly wasn't that bad. Our neighbors were awesome besides the grouch. Maintenance shows up even if they don't always fix the issue. Also if you keep the place clean you'll get your deposit back so that's a bonus."
