"DO NOT RENT HERE! we disregarded the bad reviews from this place because it’s cheap rent. We lived there and had black mold covering all of our bathroom and behind the walls. For a full year they did nothing and blamed the mold on us. There is no insulation, they insulate the windows with tinfoil. Then when we didn’t resign our lease. They replaced the brand new carpet in the place and blamed us and made us pay 2000 for this and almost took us to court. This place sucks! They don’t care about you and it’s super ghetto. Our bike got stolen there and multiple break-ins"

Very deceptive on taking your money to remodel apartment with your money. While you wait months. Stay away from criminal business practices of this delusional business. Look elsewhere."

"I lived here for about 13 months. I moved in with brand new carpets and a really great little gift with things like a hammer, plunger, screw divers, dish soap, and even a wax warmer! When I moved in, there was an issue with roaches, but the property manager was consistent about taking care of the issue. The roaches started to come back when the weather got colder, but it didn't become a major issue. The only big issue I had when I moved in was a horribly clogged bathtub, but maintenance came and fixed that quickly as well! When I had an emergency with the water heater, maintenance came in the middle of the night to look at it. They even offered to pay for a hotel if I didn't have a place to stay. The issue was fixed and I was able to return to my apartment within 24 hours. The location was convenient -- right next to a gas station, Walmart, Aldi, and several restaurants close by. My two-bedroom was roomy, however, I did feel that the kitchen and bathroom were quite small. But that is to be expected with older units! My biggest issue with this location was the neighborhood, which in no way reflects on the Wooten Co. But I did have many people who would come up to me asking for money or a ride somewhere; many people who would yell in the streets. The house across the street was foreclosed on, squatters took over, and they were certainly manufacturing drugs -- we could smell it. That issue was resolved by the city (it took months), however, the neighborhood in general seems to have a lot of irresponsible tenants in rental houses and there is a lot of foot traffic. I lived in a unit right on the street, so perhaps I was more aware of our neighbors than people who live on the interior of the complex. My neighbors within the apartments were very friendly and quiet, though. It was a great first-time rental for me and I appreciate the time I spent there!"

"We've been living here for a year now and just re-leased for another one. We love it. We love that we can talk to the staff about concerns and have them taken care of the same day. We love that the staff here get to know the residents and are considered friends. It's kid and pet friendly. Love the pool and the community."
