"I wouldn't even give this place one star but you have to in order to leave a review. The pictures they show are not accurate this building is falling apart is in terrible shape every apartment leaks they overcharge for rent whenever I renewed my lease wanted to do month to month they told me they would raise the rent month to month so I should just do a 12 month lease. Maintenance man came in without asking would leave my drawers open doors to my cabinets open while I was gone it was very weird. Management was rude and would never fix anything I only moved in here because I had nowhere else to go when I left my husband and the place has been a nightmare ever since."

"These apartments are decaying while the property manager does nothing to fix leaking roofs, bed bug infestations, and coercing tenants into signing year leases. Maintenance walks into apartments unprovoked without permission. The conditions are horrendous. Refuses to allow tenants to contact corporate. Multiple building regulation violations and likely fraud on the charges they request from tenants."

"Been here almost a year. The past almost 5 months there's neighbors above us who wait til 10pm to STOMP ALL NIGHT and blair thier music. We have called the cops and security and even complain A LOT to corporate and the manager AND NOTHING has been done to them. NOTHING. I have plenty of videos of thier noise and it doesn't help. Ive called lawyers and they only work for landlords. My husband and I work early mornings but noone seems to care. These people have even came down to our apartment and got VERY violent and the officer that came over 2 HOURS later didn't do anything either."

"LOVE this place. Nice neighbors great for kids to live clean and bug free. Love that they have a pool.. The management is amazing. Marie is amazing! They got us into our new apartment FAST. Cheap and they pay heat, water,trash and sewer. When my oven quit and I filled out the fix form, the maintenance man was there 5 minutes later!!!! How wonderful!!! If you need a cheap and nice safe area to live you should totally come talk to management about these apartments!"

"Really disappointed with our stay. Roach infested and now bed bugs. Bed begs can transfer fast in apartments... given the "dirty" neighbors and meth use I'm not surprised. Do NOT rent here. You will have a lot of homeless running around. Our car got broken into. Used needles and trash! It's so not a place to live especially with little ones. Not safe environment."
