"Horrible Landlord and Company!!!! Lived in our home in Republic for 8 years! She never once was in our home had my dogs the entire 8 years I lived there! She evicted us after 8 years for my dogs WTH plus we always paid 775 a month fir 6 years in one lease term She raised our tent from 775 to 1095.00 AFTER I sent her an email in Juky of 2021 asking her what our rent was going yo go in February she ASSURED me via email we would only be raised 100.00 to 125.00 dollars when I sent that email back to her she said if you don't like it move!!!! Really that is how you treat LONG TERM 8 year residents! Needless to say there is SO much more she did to us I have an attorney and I'm suing her!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HER"

"While there is no such thing as a "perfect" rental, The Edge is as close as it comes! Convenient to all the things in South Springfield but quiet as it sits in an established neighborhood. Secure parking, fast wifi, and a great pool/fitness center. Modern finishes at a reasonable price that you won't find anywhere else on the Southside. The few maintenance blips I had were quickly dealt with and there was clear communications on what to expect. Best of all is Alisha, the property manager. She is direct and fair in her expectations (say what you mean and do what you say). However, she's also the biggest advocate for her residents. She often goes above and beyond her role to try and make everyone's lives easier. Can't recommend highly enough."

"Beautiful and very roomy apartments with the added security in an area of town that has alot of theft and other vandalism type crime! Almost seems as if it's very out of place for the area with the security gates with key fobs and such but they're actually very affordable. I was renting an apartment on Elm Arcade that rented for $280 a week and was only a one bedroom and these two bedrooms are almost $70 cheaper a month!! So I'd say it's a VERY good place to live and affordable to boot for how nice they are."

"Moved here about 6 weeks ago, I plugged something in my master bedroom and the outlet arched with a big spark. I put in a maintenance ticket and was told an electrician was contacted. I have been trying to get in touch with the property manager all day today, Alicia, but she doesn't answer her phone, neither texts. My husband called her too, and she doesn't return the call. Here goes another night without power, very disappointed about management here."
