"I like how the apartment has a small town feel, but it is really close to many restaurants and amenities. The office staff are also really great. The are always available to answer and question or concerns I might have."

"Posting because I want to warn others about how terrible this apartment is. We found mold in Feb. I notified them 13 Feb. They promised remediation would be a “quick fix.” They ripped out my drywall and made a big mess. Left debris and pieces of floor board everywhere. Also, left a live electrical outlet hanging from the wall. They told me they can’t fix it until 14 March. We are left with an apartment that’s missing drywall and has rotted wood. They didn’t offer me a new unit or a break on rent. We pay 1172 per month to live here. It’s awful! I deleted my old review in hopes they see it and can fix this sooner! They take weeks with even basic maintenance requests. Took 2 weeks to get a lightbulb replaced and 3 calls to the office. Took about 2 months to get the lock on my door fixed."

"Good property, best I've lived at. Managers are nice and host community events and that makes it feel more home like. Maintenance team was slow for some work orders but they fixed it really well."

"I previously left a 1 star review but it disappeared. This place is terrible. My unit wasn’t cleaned at all on the day I moved in. Unfortunately, my furniture was being delivered the next day. It was disgusting. There was mold and dead bugs everywhere. The floors were black. The vinyl flooring is coming up all over the unit. They offered to replace the floor 3 months later. Unfortunately, I work 12 hour shifts. Moving all of our furniture, just isn’t an option. The internet is slow and goes out weekly. My dishwasher didn’t work when we moved in. They offered to replace it. They left the new one sitting in the middle of the room for days. I guess they got busy and forgot. I have been locked out of my apartment 6 times. The key pad on the door dies every week. I called the apartment manager but she said “all the units have this problem.” She didn’t really seem to care. I had to call emergency maintenance. This apartment is in a bad area of town. It’s terrifying to be locked out with a small child. Finally, the GM got involved and the issue was resolved. One of the selling points for me was this place has a “hot tub.” The hot tub actually doesn’t work and they have no plans of fixing it. They also have no rules for dog owners. Dogs poop everywhere. The grass is all dying from dogs peeing on it. This place is okay for a college student. I wouldn’t recommend living here if you’re a professional. They don’t keep it up. They have a tanning bed, but there is a special card you need to use it and they never gave me one. Definitely not “Luxury” like they advertise. The only plus is the units are big. Other than that, we can’t find a lot of positives."
