"Love the location, love the space, and I love apartment living. The area is quiet and close to grocery shopping, dining, etc. I have a 2B/2B apartment and both bedroom closets are huge, the bathrooms are big, and so are the bedroom. Actually, for the money you pay you get quite a bit. The kitchen has enough cabinets and cooking space. Washer/Dryer hook-up (or laundry on premise), a tennis court, basketball court, and small park. Dog friendly (although we don't have one), and my CU bill averages between $75/$100 per month. If you're looking for a place to live then don't hesitate to call Josh who is awesome to work with. Oh, and maintenance is always on the ball. Nothing bad to say about living here!"

"I absolutely love living at Willow Creek Apartments! I'm starting my second year at this complex and I couldn't be happier with my apartment choice. The units are incredibly spacious (1100 sq. ft!) and very well kept. The grounds are always clean and maintained, and the maintenance man, Chuck, is the full package. Honestly, I think he may be Superman, because he is always hard at work helping out residents or maintaining the buildings! The office staff is incredible too-- both Diane and Jennifer are amazing ladies who go far beyond the basic duties of property managers. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help us residents, and you can tell by talking with them that they have a true interest in the well being of the residents here. I've never felt more comfortable or taken care of than I do here, and it's a wonderful feeling. Willow Creek is also one of the best "bang for your buck" properties I've come across in Springfield. Rent is $715/month and based on the size of the units, plus all the amenities that are available to you, AND the wonderful staff, I would venture to say that you'll have a hard time finding a better place to call home."
