"I love living here! It’s very quiet and peaceful and all my neighbors are nice. I also appreciate how affordable the price of rent is here, especially with how expensive other places have become. They keep up the property very well. I see the maintenance man picking up trash in the parking lot daily which is nice because nobody wants to see litter everywhere. He’s also timely responding to maintenance requests. I like that we can make them in the app instead of having to call. Overall I love my apartment and I plan on staying here for a while :)"

"I thought this would be a decent place to live, it was not. I lived under the most immature and mentally unstable lady who had a disrespectful little child and a filthy dog she wouldn't clean up after. The manager never did anything because this tenant was too "difficult" to deal with. All I can say is make sure you have cameras and make sure you document, it will save you in the long run cause it sure as hell saved me!. When Corporate viewed my videos, pictures and my emails to the manager not only did Corporate have to return my deposit to me, they also had to pay for my moving cost. Beware of unit D204! I pity the next individual who has to deal with that nasty lady, her disrespectful kid and dirty dog! So glad to get out of there to something way better."

"Chesterfield Village has been a great place for a first apartment. Management is very helpful. Maintenance has taken awhile a few times I have needed something, but having multiple properties to service that is understandable. As long as I follow-up, the job gets done. Definitely recommend."

"This is a great place. Comes with washer and dryer hook ups and plenty of parking. No need to search for parking what so ever. Beautiful quiet area and plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Been her 6 years going on 7 still the best place to live. Amazing office staff that goes above and beyond to help and make sure everything is done."
