Tall Grass Apartments

"I lived at Tall Grass for about 20 months while in college and working my first job out of school and I have no complaints. Leasing staff is friendly and willing to work with you. I had to break my lease early to move out of town for a job opportunity, and the staff waived the lease buyout fee. The location is unbeatable (15 minutes from anything and everything in Springfield) and the other residents are polite and quiet. Maintenance is friendly, responsive, and professional. If you're looking for a place to live in Springfield, I highly recommend Tall Grass!"

"I lived at Tallgrass for a year and it was SO NICE, I wish I didn’t have to leave. It’s beautiful and the apartments themselves are wonderful. Maintenance was always timely and you never have anyone come into your unit without a heads up way before hand or permission (maintenance). Everyone in the office is welcoming and always are ready to help. The pool is nice and only occasionally after rain was it a bit dirty for a few days. The walls are thin as many apartments are but noise was not really a problem! They have a small laundry area at the leasing office that has about 3 washers and 3 driers (if I’m remembering correctly) that take quarters and needs key access. We ultimately ended up getting our own though. All in all I definitely recommend Tall Grass for a peaceful and delightful home."

"I have loved living at Tall Grass! Affordable, nice and felt so at home the whole time! Olen, the manager, is so kind and is always making sure his residents are taken care of. Maintenance is always right on top of your request and issues. 10/10 recommend this place! So lovely!"

"I lived here for about 2 years while attending college, and my only regret was not moving in earlier! Lacey and the whole staff has always been very kind and made living here very stress-free. I only had 2 or 3 minor maintenance requests put in during my time, and they were handled very promptly and effectively. The walls are thick, as I have never had a noise issue during my time here. I can only speak from experience in my building, but parking has never once been an issue and I would suspect that residences in other buildings agree. Highly recommend Tall Grass, and I will definitely be coming back here if I return to the Springfield area!"

"We have enjoyed Tall Grass for about 2 years now. Management and maintenance have always been excellent. Lacey goes above and beyond for us residents and maintenance is always quick, efficient, and kind. The apartments are clean and safe and we have never had an issue with neighbors. We are sad to have to relocate out of Tall Grass but were excited to find another Affinity property. We hope that it will measure up to this great experience!"
