"Broken promises We have lived here 11 years, so obviously we love living here. We just got another email promising us a Visa gift card if we renew our lease before March 31st (we did, that didn't happen). Each tennant has always received a free carpet cleaning as part of a lease renewal. We were bypassed at last year's renewal, and this year we don't qualify because they are painting our kitchen drawer and cabinet faces because the veneer is starting to peel. If you're promised something here, GET IT IN WRITING."

"I have lived at Watermill Park Apartments since 2013 (10 years) and it has been great. It's peaceful due to being on the edge-skirts of town, get some wildlife, like deer and ground hogs, etc. Staff is friendly. Recently i had issues with my A/C right before big heat wave when hvac team would be 4 to 5 days out, Danielle, office manager got me a portable ac next day but ontop of that managed to get hvac team out that same day. This is great service, awesome place to live, I highly recommend these apartments."
"Been here going on a year .. I live in a two bedroom apt with my son and I love it ! They are great here especially Deanna the manager in the office she is very nice and always goes out of her way to help . If we need something fixed she sends them right away to fix it and maintenance guys r always great .. can honestly say this is my home now :) clean place and a pool workout room laundry room for the ones that need it , what else could you ask for , very grateful .!"
