"I bought a used bike(2014 Giant Defy Composite, almost new condition) back in December and found out one of the spokes of the rear wheel was loose. Josh C. helped me tightened the loose spoke, trued the wheel and checked the tensions of the rest of the spokes. He also went above and beyond by flushing a sticky shifter. It was a wonderful experience. They got the work done quickly, did more of what was asked and the bill was really reasonable. The bike came home and sat in my office for two months. I took the bike for a 25 mile ride last week for the first time since the bike was worked on and after the ride I noticed one of the spokes of the rear wheel had fallen off the rim. I gave them a call about warrantying their work and they asked me to bring the bike in. I talked to Josh E.(owner) at the shop and he stated the loose spoke could be due to the poor quality of the wheel( giant pr-2 rim brake, 2014). Josh E. was kind enough to cover the cost of a replacement spoke and truing the wheel again but commented this will not be covered again if the same issue happens again, which is reasonable. They also got started on the work right away and it was completed within 30 mins. Ethan did an excellent job and he was very friendly to talk to. Despite not knowing what has caused the second issue, I felt Sunshine Bike Shop did a great job taking care of their customers and building out that relationship. I will be coming back for services and would recommend them to all my friends and family."

"The folks in this shop are very friendly, and are happy to take the time to answer questions and explain their products to you. When I visited this shop I had never been in the shop before, and knew nothing about the bike I was interested in. They brought out one of the trikes I was interested in, explained how everything worked, and let me ride it. After I purchased the trike they took the time to fit the bike to me and tune the components to my comfort. Great store, fair prices, great service."
