"I wanted to give you a heads-up about something that went down at your store yesterday. The guy with the goatee at the front counter was dropping F-bombs left and right, saying he wished he and others had died in the storm. It was pretty shocking and completely unprofessional. And as if that wasn't enough, while he was ringing up another customer, he took a call and started screaming and swearing into the phone, making a scene in front of everyone. Honestly, I can't believe he still has a job after that display. I've been a regular customer, but after witnessing that, I won't be coming back. It's just not cool to have someone like that representing your store. Just wanted to let you know what went down."

"If you are picking something up, Check your order carefully before you leave the store. I went back in the store a couple days ago, walked in, looked around walked back by the boots and never seen anyone. I could hear people talking in another room but nobody ever came out to help me."
