"On Wednesday, February 29, 2024, I arrived at Lambert St. Louis airport, and Parking Spot 3, where I usually park, was full. Parked at Parking Spot 1, and realized after I returned from my trip that the rates at Parking 1 were higher than Parking Spot 3. The manager of Parking Spot 3 called me to address my concerns, which he did. I was very impressed with the professionalism and how personable Paul, the manager of Parking Spot One, was in dealing with my concerns. I greatly appreciate his immediate assistance and his efforts to resolve my concerns. Very impressed. Thank you!"

"My stay was Jan 10-14, 2024. The shuttle drivers were quick and efficient both ways. I mistakenly hopped on the wrong shuttle trying to get back to my vehicle and the driver was so understanding and was able to drop me at the front of the correct lot since the route took us right past it (lot 3 is behind lot 1-lucky for me). The weather was horrible and despite the subzero temps, in the snow, at night, the employees were still kind and courteous in helping me jump start my truck's dead battery on the rooftop parking out in the elements. My only suggestion would be for a way to keep the touch screen entry/exit kiosks warm or have manual buttons to push in addition to the touch screen. I got stuck trying to exit because the screens were too cold to function correctly (outside temp was 0 with -20 windchills and snowing) and I did not have an account set up prior to entry, therefore I didn't have a QR code associated with my parking ticket."
