"We lived at The Frisco for 2 years before new management took over. It started going downhill when the website and the way you paid rent changed. They raised the rent. No one answered the phone or was in the office. We moved in May and still don’t have our deposit check. 2 years later… after we moved they hired a bill collector company to charge us June rent even though our lease was up in May because we didn’t keep a copy of our notice to vacate. They are so scammy. If you leave make sure you have a copy of your notice. I hope this place goes bankrupt from scamming people. Or someone sews them."

"Worst experience ever. My son was harassed by a neighbor and did not feel safe. The management "talked" to the neighbor, but the harassment continued. My son is black and had his picture taken by the neighbor and was accused of being a drug dealer. The neighbor went into his apartment without his permission. When we said we were leaving, they charged us $5,000 in penalties, which was in the contract, but there was not level of human dignity from this management company. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I would give a zero if possible."

"I lived at these apartments for 3 years. The first 2 years were great and I never had any issues with management or payment, but ever since this new management came in 6ish months ago, it became unbearable to live at. For the price, it is NOT worth living there. They raised our rent to an outrageous price for all the silly issues we have had with this management. We had multiple issues with payment and RANDOM fees that get added on on top of the high crazy rent. Also, majority of the summer, the pool was closed. A good chunk of the beginning of the summer and random days in between. The amenities are poor to say the least. Gym? What gym? When they put a new keypad lock on the gym and I asked what the code was and Rosie said she “didn’t know”. The manager of the place didn’t know the gym code. Also, you pay for valet trash for them to take your trashbags? Well there’s also a fee added on for how “heavy the community garbage is”. I went multiple times to ask about random added on fees and they just gave me a sorry excuse or lie as to what it’s for. Do not live here under this management. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. The fact that multiple people have had issues with this SAME MANAGEMENT and they haven’t fixed the issue tells you enough. Also, yes do believe the people saying there is a mold problem there is for sure that they’re actively ignoring. Never had this many issues in the past, under any other management. We never wanted to move, but we literally went and moved out because we couldn’t stand being there anymore. Additionally, if ANYONE can give me the number to corporate or who is in charge please let me know."

"I have lived in my beautiful apt here going in 3 years. It’s very reasonably priced for this area (as it’s hard to find affordable and safe places sometimes). I have always felt safe here. I think the grounds are lovely and I really recommend this property."
