"They let our air conditioning stay out for the whole summer because they were "Waiting for parts to arrive from overseas". Apt was falling apart when we moved in and they just had the audacity to raise rent to 1000. Pool was only open for one month out of the whole year last summer and they do rent payments by check or money order like it's the 90s. Water heater sprung a leak at one point in the morning on a weekday and it took hours for them to arrive. Windows and doors do not seal at all. We thought renting from a less corporate apt complex would be more personal, but instead it's just less professional with zero oversight. You're smart for reading this whole review. Continue to be smart and RENT ELSEWHERE."

"At the beginning it was reasonable. But not so much now. You are charged for maintenance. There is no free wifi. There is a pool but always closed. When my apartment flooded I could not get ahold of maintenance for 8 hours as it continued to flood. Clubhouse has not been open in past 2 years. Rent suddenly raised by $110."

"Completed one month so far. Very calm and nice. I took two bed room and 1 bath. only issue is feel like less closets and both laundry washer and dryer machines laying on top and bottom. No room to open the door fully stuggling when open and close. most of the tenents seems like retired people. You don't see any kids and place is only for elderly persons."

"Wellington Place apartments treat the residents well and are very responsive if you have any repair needs. The maintenance crew is efficient and yard work is done regularly. My two bedroom apartment has a good floor plan and the kitchen is very spacious with many cabinets. I also selected to rent a garage which conveniently connects in the security entry area of the building. The location of the apartments is very convenient to Rogers‘ stores and activities. I have been happily living here for over 3 years."
