"June first the new manager has taken this place to hell already. We had a good community and she is making us get rid of are tables and chairs we sit outside all the time. They now won’t let us put our furniture under our windows.I even heard her scream at one of the elderly residents today. Some of the fathers, mothers need to watch the kids I’ve heard a 6 year old kid cussing and yelling racial slurs so we’re done."

"I lived there back 2012 for almost 2 years I loved it it was quite and good neighbors also David the manager was a good person he was really nice and understanding and if ever needed a repair they were always on top of it and David's wife was a really sweet lady it's a good place to live"

"Please don’t be fooled by how high the ratings may seem. Taking a closer look, there are no recent reviews - mostly all are from 4 years ago. I was planning on renting here and was placed on the waitlist. I would call every two weeks to get an update on where I was on the waitlist. When I called the other day, they told me I called them a week ago to cancel my application and they had sent my security deposit back. This was false - I sent no call and even so, they sent no notification that my application was cancelled. They placed responsibility on me and said they couldn’t do anything to compensate for any fees I paid for when it is management’s responsibility to have better security protocols in place around who is able to make changes to residents’ applications. I believe that management were the ones to pull me off waitlist but blamed me/someone pretending to be me. Horrible and suspicious customer service from management."

"I've lived at the Greens for around 2 years, and I wouldn't have moved out if I wasn't going to Little Rock for a job. The office staff are fantastic and prompt, maintenance is thorough, and if your request is reasonable they get it done quickly! Incredible price for what you get, and utilities are decent as well."
