"I really enjoy living here and Greg is the manager now with Betty no longer working here. He does a great job and the maintenance crew is very nice. The value here is great, even if it's not the Chez Paris. Where else can you get golf course living on a budget? It's super nice and quiet and neighbors are friendly. Families feel safe having their kids here. I wish the carpets were newer, but that's to be expected at this price point."

"I lived here for 2 years, BETTY is a horrible property manager and needs to look into a new career. After many attempts at getting my A/C fixed and living in 90+ in the apartment all summer(and paying $300/mo) we moved out because after calling and asking to get it fixed 500 times and nothing happening, we got out of our lease."

"I woke up about 2weeks ago and it was below 65 degrees in my apartment snow on the ground. I left a message with the after hours service. I called several times because the temperature outside was below freezing. The manager BETTY called me back and told me I need to invest I. Space heaters. I then informed her if I had money to buy some I wouldn’t be living in this dump. Finally at around 230pm someone came to attempt to fix it. Three other people came and the 3rd person was a professional and stated the thermostat needed to be replaced and it has yet to be replaced. My oven hasn’t worked sine I moved in . I talked a maintenance guy in fixing it after three month of going without an oven . My front door frame is broken as if someone kicked it in prior to me moving in. Betty asked if it kept the bad guys out I said it wouldn’t take much it get in because you can see right through the opening. Not fixed yet and I have an infestation of shrink bugs coming out of my vents. The downstairs neighbor had to call the fire department because flames were coming out of her light sockets. BETTY needs to be fired but my neighbors are scared of her because she’s a bully!!! I’m not and I want a manager who cares and fixes things . She told me if I didn’t like it to get the hell out."

"I recommend not wasting your money and time in these apartments. I would pay a little extra on a different apartment. I pay a little over $200 a month on my electric bill during the summer because my apartment ac doesn’t work. I have put in numerous request for them to fix it. The ac guy (super cool) said if it’s 25 degrees cooler than outside they will not fix it. With the heat wave We’ve had my apartment will get to 80 during the day, and they will not do anything about it. Take that extra money your paying on electricity and go elsewhere. I also have brown recluse spiders in my apartment. Manager and maintenance did not do anything about it. I have had to figure out how to get rid of them myself and hope it works. If you want to feel comfortable and love where you live don’t live here."

"I live here currently ! Pray your a/c doesn’t go out!!! They have came to “fix” mine 8 times in the last 2 months at least! Also I’m pregnant and due in august all they tell me is they grew up with out a/c so I should be fine! Also they told me my baby will be fine in the heat to get a fan! I’ve had better maintenance checks done in a hotel. Also they have sent super cool an a/c company they still can’t find a problem and won’t replace the a/c."
