"Touchstone has to be the absolute worst apartments around. I can only hope there aren't any worse. I've never seen tenants be treated so poorly. Nor have I seen management and maintenance that are so lazy and unwilling to do their jobs. I've known tenants who've had to live with apartments that were all but BURNED DOWN, to a UNITED STATES VETERAN, someone who served this country bravely having to live for years in less than ideal situations with an apartment that flooded every time it rained on top of other issues in the same apartment. The whole time maintenance nor management seemed to care in the slightest. To just recently my brother just moved out of Touchstone after living there for months, all the while they have several issues including water damage from rain leaking through the ceiling and walls,and a broken dishwasher, etc. And what is he told? That he has to pay to fix it and if any of the damage is still there when he moves out he will still be charged for said damage. Do they even know how to do their jobs? How are they still even up and running? If I could give zero stars I would. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to my worst enemy."

"Went to office and told them we need to move before last month of lease. We're told it was OK as long as we were out before 1st of month. We were out and cleaned apartment spotless. Instead of getting our deposit back which we were told, we got a bill for more than what deposit was. Very shady business. Would definitely not recommend."

"We've only lived here about a month now, but I have to say the leasing office is great. Samantha is super friendly and has been really helpful with any problems we have had. I feel like I can contact her anytime I need to. The property is quiet and always kept in nice condition. We love it here so far!"
