Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bentonville, an IHG Hotel

"We stayed at the Holiday Inn on a work trip for my husband. The location was good and overall, the rooms were good. The beds are super cushy, which for most people is a good thing. But for me, it was too cushy. I need a firm mattress for neck and back problems, so I only got about two hours of sleep. The front desk receptionists were great both last night and this morning, but the breakfast was terrible. The eggs were dry and tasted bad, the bagels were rock hard, and the apple juice was watered-down. I ate two pieces of bacon (which also tasted old), and my husband had bacon and some cereal. He's headed into an inspection that will take quite a bit of time, so it would have been nice to get a solid breakfast that would carry him through that. In fact, we chose this hotel over Hilton because it served breakfast, so we were sorely disappointed. Prior to having breakfast, we might have considered staying here again, but the meal options were pretty terrible. I don't know that we'd stay here again."

"Pros & Cons, Pros- Decent location close to a lot of places. Okay, breakfast buffet nice perk to have. Staff seemed friendly. Cons- The hotel hallways, rooms and lobby had a smell of backed up sewage. Bathroom shower had mold stains. Bathroom door was in rough shape and was hard to open and close. The air conditioning unit was a bit loud and rattling. Overall, the hotel was not that bad, but the smell was overpowering and really ruined the experience. Not sure. I would stay at this location again."

"My husband and I had to stay here because we got a flat tire 3 hours from home and couldn’t get it fixed til the morning. The room was great and the staff were super kind and were going to let us check out as late as 1pm if needed without an extra charge as it took longer than expected to fix it!!The breakfast was also good considering it was free. Would also say the hotel was in a pretty safe area, we had all of our Christmas presents and other stuff in the car overnight and nothing happened to them."

"Service was nice/friendly. Rooms/bathrooms were spacious n very clean. Beds were firm just how I like em, plenty of pillow options. I appreciated that the bathroom had its own locking door that's not very popular these days in other hotels. The shower had amazing water pressure, very warm, but not hot like my friend prefers lol. There was a Denny's right next door so that was convenient if we wanted late food but the breakfast was actually very good. Scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits with sausage gravy were all delicious and good OJ. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone."

"A very nice IHG hotel with friendly service. Breakfast was decent and hotel has plenty of other amenities. Rooms are very average with decent lighting and space but nothing special. Decent rates and convienent location so it is worth considering if you are staying in the area."
