"I'll never stay at an Element hotel again. I was overcharge for my stay and three weeks later I'm still trying to get it sorted out. I've called Marriott about times and get a different answer. I've called the hotel directly and never heard back from the general manager. I still have to make more phone calls to get this fixed. At this point, I'm just beyond frustrated with the hotel and Marriott. I have nothing good to say about my experience. It was clean enough. Area was very industrial. But I'd never stay again."

"Once we checked in we went to our room, first floor, and the window was open, not necessarily the best thing to discover being on a first floor and all...the pillows were horrible, flat as a pancake, we asked for more pillows and was told they did not have any extra pillows, what Hotel doesn't have extra pillows? we asked the attendant if the hotel was completely booked he said no and realized why we asked the question, attendant got pillows from another room. It may have been an off night but still, after a 6 hour drive the last thing you want to deal with are these little things."

"Have stayed here 4 times while biking in Bentonville. The rooms are amazing and as good or better than rooms I’ve stayed in at much higher end hotels. Breakfast is good and the facilities are modern and well-kept."

"The number one job of a hotel is providing a quiet place to sleep. This hotel is lacking any type of sound absorbing insulation between the rooms. Every sound from the adjoining rooms is pumped into your room. Also they have rooms directly across from the elevators, so you know when everyone is coming and going. If you are booking ahead of time find something better."
