"**Updated Review on Experience below** Original Review: BEWARE- THEY WILL BAIT AND SWITCH!! I applied here and got approved in late Oct '23 for a 3 bed/2bth place. And I paid my security deposit and my app fee. I had a few questions about the lease before I would sign as it was poorly written and contradicted itself in several spots. They also want to charge you for your neighbors water as well as other misc fees! To which I will not pay other peoples bill. It is now 11/7/23 - Almost two weeks have passed and no one has gotten back to me on me on any of my questions! Updated Review: As soon as I left this review, someone reached out and I was finally able to get some help! I was connected with the brand new Community Manager and was able to get all of my questions answered in a timely manner. It seems as if there was a transition period from the old Manager to the new one- which caused a huge delay in customer service responses. Being that my questions and concerns were answered and that the customer service issues that I was having was not only acknowledged but fixed, I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars. I no longer feel that this place is a Bait and Switch as since the review- things have been looking up, as all I needed were my questions answered in a timely manner! My hope for the future is that I will not have any more issues and based on recent events, I feel more at ease that I have been heard and that the new Community Manager is willing and able to take care of the Community and prospective residents. To all those renting, I would recommend touring this property and asking questions as it seems like they have a lot to offer!"

"The application process was easy enough. Discounts and promotions were enticing. Unfortunately communication seems to be lacking; I was told by the leasing agent that it seemed I was conditionally approved based on my credit and income, and not 20 minutes later I received a denial based on those very factors. I will be contacting consumer protection to see if I have options. If 150 dollars is a lot for you, maybe consider somewhere else bc there is no guarantee of honesty from the leasing agents and now I'm out that money. The tour was great. The updates they are making are nice. And my previous experience with this management company was good enough. This is the second issue I've had with that leasing agent, but the first time was her previous employer. Overall if you have no other options, this would be a fine place to go but be on guard. Edited to include they said they'd refund me the 100 dollar app fee, but not the 50 dollar administration fee. That's cool, but it's been almost a week and I still haven't gotten my money back. After repeated efforts to receive communication in regards to the time line of my refund, Dustin did answer my questions."

"Went to take a tour of the 3 bedroom unit of this apartment complex and was impressed. Although I ended up going a different route, the leasing agent was extremely helpful in getting me the information I needed. She was helpful on the tour, very informative about the complex, and very welcoming. She was very diligent in her work, and patient with me and I am very appreciative as a young mother. Would definitely recommend touring this property with her."

"Affordable; Great Staff; Good location; Family friendly. My fiancee and I moved in about 3 months ago, now. We have had only positive experiences here. The new management is great. Zeta Roman is the sweetest apartment manager ever. Any time we went to see her for paperwork or dropping off rent, we'll chat for like 30 minutes. She is very friendly and easy to get along with. The maintenance guy (I feel so bad, I forgot his name) is also very sweet. I let Zeta know any time I may have a small issue and the maintenance guy is very quick to help get it fixed. Our previous apartment (in Florida) was smaller and more expensive, so I do not understand why people are complaining. The pricing is VERY reasonable. I have two pets (smaller, in cages) and am not charged like crazy like most other apartments. We love the layout of the apartment, as well. I also have had no issue with parking, although I do understand it is limited for residents. I have had two separate occasions where I've had guests visit for the weekend and not have any issue with parking. You just have to talk to Zeta for a visitor's pass. I would say if you have consideration for others and can follow basic rules, you'll have no problem. This apartment is not super strict; they are considerate and want a family friendly environment, which I appreciate."
