CVS Pharmacy

"This pharmacy is the worst. There was me and 1 other person in line and it took at least 5 minutes for someone to say something to us and there was 3 people behind the counter just staring at screens. Im switching after this last time it takes way to long everytime no matter how many are in line"

"The woman working the pharmacy messed up my sons order and placed it in the wrong file then when I explained to her that it's frustrating I've been there twice in 2 days and they told me there wasn't the prescription there. Then she told me too bad hung up. When I called the front desk to get the name from the manager she refused to help me get the name of the lady who hung up on me and refused to give me her name said "I'm NOT gonna do that" Yall wear name tags so you can't lie and tell me you're not allowed to say your name on the phone. Stephanie was the person working the pharmacy who messed up my order. Name is on the receipt."

"Ok, they seem like they’re always getting slammed, and I’m not convinced the software/technology they have is helping much, but the staff is always friendly and competent I appreciate that a lot."

"I just left out of CVS pharmacy with the worst experience I’ve ever had with the pharmacy the African-American woman that helped me in the back was extremely rude. Disrespectful sat me down for 30 minutes and then when I finally asked her about my order, she threw my sack at me and had a attitude like I made her sit for 30 minutes I wish there was someone I could talk . to she needs to be reprimanded !! Her attitude and handling of me has ruined my whole day and I would suggest anyone new to this location avoid this pharmacy they are greatly under staffed and lack any professional skills to fill prescriptions. They deserve negative stars!!!"

"I have frequented this CVS Pharmacy often. I am greeted upon entry in the store. The merchandise is well stocked. The aisle are easy to navigate. The staff are mostly helpful & efficient. The restroom is clean and stocked."
