"Edit: My original review was from five years ago. As of March 2024, I wouldn’t recommend them. They have repeatedly decreased their hours, sometimes closing early without notice. They often don't answer the phone and it keeps ringing until it hangs up on you (a lot of local CVS locations have been doing this since mid 2023). When answered, they’re not very helpful, and they take forever to get in medications I need even when ordered well ahead of time. Don't bother with them, you're likely to wait too long for important medications. Go to Hy-Vee or Walmart instead. Original review: The pharmacy staff is always helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure patients get what they need. They're also willing to call my insurance and go to bat for me and save me the trouble, even if it means they're calling back and forth between the insurance and the doctor for a couple hours. They take damn good care of their patients. The rest of the CVS is pretty average. Nothing much to say about it. But the pharmacy staff really make this location shine."

"The only redeeming quality in this store is your pharmacist, Mark. Your store looks like a crack house. Dead shrubs and trash. CVS shows no pride in being part of this community. The busiest part of your store is the Redbox. You need help at this location."

"Be kind and courteous. Seems simple yet CVD consistently fails. Janice at the counter was rude and I had to return to with additional information and upon speaking with another pharmacy rep guy was told that no I did not need any further information and had to wait to a second time to receive the prescription. Second cashier was much kinder and was at least polite."
