"Terry the manager had a attitude when we went to go get our water tested I bought what they said I needed but I went home and did more research and turns out I didn’t need any of what I bought along with learning powder chlorine isn’t highly recommended on liner pools which is what he sold me so that was great. "Beware. Associate Nathaniel P told me i needed 10oz (285grams) Of dry acid to bring my ph and alk down to range then he said i needed over 2 lbs of dry acid . I went home and did my own calculations and only needed 24grams. These people are scam artists. First he tried to tell me hed never heard of Borax. Or Bromine. Said they dont recomend it and they dont sell it.. And then turned around smiled and handed me this "plan" He thinks hes being cute trying to trash my pool chemistry so ill come back to buy a bunch of junk fix it. By the way . Google the BBB Method. Do your own research. This place must work on commissions . If i had put even the 10oz he said i wld have overshot the correct dosage 10x ! 2lbs wld have had to drain my pool . Leslie's Pool supplies.. what are you paying your workers for them to have to resort to this kind of behavior to make sales? Ive heard so much about this company . It can't just be the associates . Its got to be a problem with your shady business."

"Always good service when you can get a word in. The place is busy, seems like all the time. Terry, the manager, is a good guy. Knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile without being asked. Only complaint might be there's a new junior staff crew every time I walk in. Think they must rotate lower level employees from a big staffing pool or something... heh... pool."

"Horrible experience with Terry Eldred I purchased some items to close my pool along with 12 blue water tubes to hold my pool cover in place. Before purchasing them I ask Corbin if I could open them to inspect them. He was nice about it but said no do to company policy. Once I get home and begin to fill them with water I realize that half of them are defective (cut to short along the welded seams) Some would not even close but I made them work. One of them had a leak so I drove back to Leslie’s (20 min drive) And I ask Corbin if he would let me keep the defective one so I could repair it since I had been inconvenienced due to not being able to inspect them when I asked. He said that he could not. I asked him to call his manager “Terry Eldred” He calls him and he tells him no that there is nothing they can do but exchange it. So I call Terry back and let him know how much I’ve been inconvenienced and ask him if he could let me keep it or give me an extra because I have a feeling I’m going to be driving back to the store if the other bags leak. I also let him know that I tried to inspect them before Purchasing them but due to their policy I was not able to. His fake customer service voice went away and he began to argue that “you don’t go into stores and ask to open the packages before you buy them do you?” I let him know that my point was that due to their policy I have been inconvenienced and I would like my time and business to be taken into consideration. He said there was nothing he could do but maybe give me 20%off on my next purchase.... I spent 8.50 plus tax per bag I asked to keep 1 defective bag so that i could repair it and have a backup Incase the other cheap bags leaked One defective bag worth less than 8% of my total purchase. Not to mention I’ve been a customer since 2006 I work in customer service and would never treat my customers this way. If your sales and reviews have been declining I think I know why."

"Was rude on phone, didn't want to look up cost at 10:17am on a Sunday, said I'd have to hold for 5 minutes or so while he waited on customers in store. If price had been reasonable I would of placed the order right then, as part had to be ordered, he wanted me to come to the store on person."
