"I have asked the pharmacy every month for the last 9 months to take my rx's OFF the 3 month supply list AND the auto refill list. And it has yet to be done. Everytime I go in, they have to fix my medications to 1 months which means I then have to wait up to an hour to get it done. \nThe staff for the pharmacy and store...if there is an actual store person, are rude and not helpful. \nThere are never a register open, the self checkouts always acts up, and the shelves are always pretty bare. \nWe've been using this store for 12 years now and 1 will be moving all our RX to another company and no longer provide our business. I'd rather shop at Walmart than the Vivion CVS."

"Lost my prescription. Prescriptions not in stock. VERY RUDE. Unprofessional. Refuses to abide by insurances 90 day rule, wil only give 30. Said to go to other cvs to get full prescription filled asked if they could look no answer."

"Using the CVS website and seeing Walk-Ins welcome. I attempted to check myself in. I was immediately confronted by one of the Clinic Practitioners. They asked me if I had a Covid19 test in the last 14 days and I responded that I had. They requested documentation, and I told them I had never got documentation especially from this testing site. Instead of offering a test, I was told I should go to urgent care or the Emergency room. No more Minute Clinic visits in the future and probably going to cancel the health insurance in which this pharmacy is associated with. I feel I was discriminated against because of my physical appearance. They'll sell me anything in the store but I can't get a nurse to talk to me. Etf?"
