"Worst place literally every time I show up super rude and very unfriendly have been banking there for multiple years and the service is getting worse!! I literally try to stay away from the people as much as possible! Tried to set up my daughter’s money market accounts and yet to do that!! Very unrecommended.. Was told they couldn’t help because I was there right when they were about to close …"
"This bank needs a new branch manager! This one is RUDE and doesn't have a clue! She lied, and is very rude! Watch your account if you have one. Very shady business practices! They go against laws and don't seem to care! I've sent many people here and now will be sending many elsewhere! And yes they have a paper and illegally went against number 2 on that paper!!!! So yeah they have broken the law when it comes to this account and stole over 500 from me! People beware of the fraudulent activities they practice in!"
"I worked retail in a fast-paced environment many years ago. Informed by that experience, I try to be friendly, courteous and succinct in all my customer interactions. My most recent trip to this location became my last. If you're looking for a financial institution, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. The tellers are apathetic at best, often hostile, and at worse, negligent towards your financial well-being. During my last visit to this location, I was in a teller's line, asking for six counter checks, when presumably the manager interrupted my teller to state she wasn't comfortable giving me more than three counter checks. I informed the interloper I was finalizing a home purchase and ran out of printed checks, thus the need for six counter checks. She never identified herself, so we'll call her Karen. Karen then angrily asked why I hadn't ordered more printed checks. I responded that would be a waste since I would be changing my address once the home purchase went through. Karen then claimed it was "policy" to only give three counter checks. I explained my legitimate business need and detailed all six parties to whom I would be writing checks to complete the home sale. She then called someone who authorized issuing six counter checks. Presumably angered by having her authority trumped, Karen proceeded to scream at me in a very hostile manner in front of numerous customers and directed my teller to issue the six counter checks. Perplexed, I asked my teller why was six counter checks such a problem. Karen again interrupted, screaming it was "policy." I asked where it stated that policy. She stomped about, pulled a pamphlet from a drawer, and then slammed it down in front of me. The pamphlet stated the rates the bank charges for various services and she spat out "the bank has to make their money somewhere." I asked why Karen was yelling at me and how was that appropriate customer service, to which she claimed I was being rude. I asked how was I being rude. Still yelling, she amended her accusation, saying I wasn't being rude, but condescending by bragging about my home purchase and my future plans with my friend who stood in line with me. So she was offended by a private conversation not directed at her, and thought it appropriate to call me rude after she eavesdropped??? Karen eventually yelled I could close my accounts that very day. I bit my tongue, recognizing her ego wasn't worth risking my future homer over. I told another customer "good luck" as the counter checks were finally given to me. Karen then screamed the other customer didn't need luck, she was going to be quite happy. I doubt Karen realized how condescending it was for her to speak on the bewildered woman's behalf. Anyone whose gone through a multi-step contract knows changing banks before the contract is finalized would endanger the viability of the contract. I believe advising a customer involved in such a contract to close accounts is a breach of a banker's fiduciary duty to their customers. I ended my 17 year relationship with this bank after finalizing the home purchase due to this woman's behavior. Any institution who treats their customers like a burden to be endured rather than an asset that enables their business should simply close their doors."
"They give accounts to low income people who can afford paying over draft fees. There paperless billing they force out of your account even if you don't have the money and have the right to pull people income especially low income and are force to pay late charges.. the manager told me there she has a bunch of high end clients. Which made me believe if I given that bank more money they take it too. My bank car went 50 dollars in negative and they tried stealing it at the bank."
"I have never had a nice Employee there. But today really pushed my buttons. I went in to cash my check and every time they mention "you know you can do this online, right?" & I'm like yes, but it always puts a hold on my check, and she said it only does that to the first check. I told her it has happened multiple times. Then she said, you can do it through the ATM in a super rude voice... I was like well, right now I'm here cashing it so can we just do that? They never offer an explanation of why my checks won't go though. I guess they are just lazy!? I was not happy. I dont understand her behaviour at all."
