"I can see why this location has a 2 star rating!! A girl by the name of “Hannah” is who assisted me last week at the location in St.Joe, and the first word that comes to mind is RUDE!!I waited over an hour trying to close out a CD, after this Hannah and another employee by the name of Kim who is a manager at the other St Joe location continued to ask me personal questions about why I was closing my account and for what reason, I finally had enough with this Hannah questioning me I closed the entire account and went straight to Nodaway Bank and opened an account with them that same day. I received excellent customer service from them. I originally opened my account in Kansas City, they at least know how to treat their customers! I will be closing all my accounts next week, but I’ll go to the Kansas City location to do that, I cannot deal with either St Joe location!! Do yourself a favor stay away from Commerce Bank in St Joseph Missouri! Both locations have problems and could care less if you are a customer or not!!"

The service & convenience is well worth the extra 7 minute drive. - Bonus' less traffic lights & traffic at certain times, a McDonald's, 2 Gas Stations, one with weight scales. Oh and easy, peasy hwy access. All within 1.5 miles. Thanks & Welcome!"

"I have been a Commerce Bank customer for 50 years. I loved going to my branch (Ashland & Kearns) to work with Theresa Smith, who was wonderful, but for some reason she left. The witch named Sandy Adkins who is there now is RUDE, and never willing to help with anything. It wouldn't surprise me if she did something to get Theresa to leave. Whenever I have gone to her desk, she makes this horrible face, like I'm a smelly homeless person or something. I've been shopping for a new bank after a lifetime with Commerce because the branch which is convenient for me is no longer a friendly place to go."

"These idiots literally lost THOUSANDS of dollars of my money and couldn't even explain to me what happened. I was doing a transfer from one account to another and the money left the first account but never made it to the second. Definition of where you DON'T want to put your money."
