"Prices are decent depending on what you buy. If you're looking to sell items, such as DVDS except to be ripped off. Offer like 20 cents for a DVD they sell for $15. I don't recommend this place."

"We bought a Crosley stereo this evening and after discovering my niece already had one we attempted to return it to the store less then two hours later and they would not let me us return it. We were told they would only take it if it was broken. They did not care the item was unopened and we just wanted a refund. We were told the return policy is on the receipt which of course you don't get until after you buy the item. We were regular customers of this store but after this experience we will not be back"

"Good selection good staff but could be great with a little bit of TLC . Tender loving care. I got a movie and the wrong movie was in the case and lost my receipt but after emailing them they made everything right"

"While staff was relatively friendly, the store didn't have certain items that the online store claimed they had. I was fairly disappointed. When I went into the store, they had the box for a game but not the game itself. I consider that to be poor business management and deception, especially since the online store claimed they had the items I was looking for in stock. The only thing that made me give this review 3 stars was that the staff was kind and respectful."

"I had dropped off some stuff to sell and had to be checked in due to others in front. Once they had it done, they called and gave a horrible value for three totes of stuff and a box of movies. They were only willing to give 11 dollars for all of it, and i came back within under 48 hours, and they just kept it all. I will never go back to sell or buy anything!!!"
