"We were stranded on I-25 5 miles into Iowa Thursday late afternoon with our 5th wheel trailer axle at a strange angle due to a broken spring. After spending 2 1/2 hours trying to locate a place to repair our Montana, (without luck) I was now calling places 80 miles away. A RV dealer in St. Joseph Mo. recommended Bolin Auto & Truck and I called, not realizing they were closed but someone answered (turned out to be Sue Bolin) who connected me with her husband Rob Bolin who also happened to still be in the office. He recommended a towing company and asked that I keep him posted on our progress. The towing company's low boy trailer was being used on a 18 wheeler recovery at that time and couldn't help us until the next day. the next day Rob Bolin helped me get the tow company, had his crew ready when we arrived, did the complete repair quickly, helped me get the replacement tire that was destroyed and cared for us as if we one of his many life long customers. Kindness, professionalism, integrity, and true caring are some of the words that express how we were treated. I would gladly drive from our home, across the state of Missouri to do business with these wonderful people again. 5 STARS is not enough, please double that for me."

"My trailer started throwing smoke from the axle on I-29 on our drive from Oregon to Leavenworth, KS. Bolin was recommended to us after asking around St. Joseph for an honest place to help us out before we made our final leg of the trip up to Wisconsin. They told me they would likely be able to get to it in the morning. I assumed they would be giving me a call to tell me what was wrong, and I was expecting a few days to get the work done. They called me the next morning telling me the work was already done and it was road worthy again. They really helped us out in our time of need, and the price we paid to get the trailer back on the road was excellent. I HIGHLY recommend Bolin to anyone in need of trailer repairs."
