"This location is pretty nice, the staff is great. As for the Old Navy products themselves, it seems to have fallen off in the recent years, getting more expensive and less relevant. It's like their product design department is stuck in 2003 still listening to "Bring me to Life" by Evanescence. The quality is good, but it's basically like buying Kmart clothes that will last you longer. This doesn't mean that you can't find the rare gem of nice drip, but be sure to check their clearance racks first."
"Go shopping there at Old Navy for my 11-year-old granddaughter. It's her new place to buy clothes. Price is a reasonable and there was a no hassle Exchange/ return"
"I would not recommend this store due to how poorly it is managed. Recently an employee at this story told me about their experience with Jackie, the manager. How she was unprofessional petty and had no leadership skills. She acts like the store is her personal playground treating employees like they are there for her amusement. Talking about employees to others, laughing at them. When one employee turned in their 2 week notice she crumpled it up and gave it back them. I would nevr support a store or a company who's manager treats it's employees so poorly. In a time when companies all over are searching for help to have such a childish and callous approach to leadership is inexcusable."
"I always feel welcome when I come in and they have beautiful displays of colors upfront and their new items neatly displayed upfront, as well. There is plenty of room in the dressing area to try on clothes too. They recently upgraded them too. I really like the design. Its nice they have beverages and snacks upfront, near the registers too. Its convenient when your in a hurry shopping especially during the Christmas season."
