"Our experience started great. Everyone was kind & considerate and did what they could to make us comfortable. Then they got a new sheriff. We waited an hour & half for orders from upstairs, only one escort, strictly enforced, no food for escorts, no kindness nor good cheer. We don't want to be here, it is miserable under the best of conditions. In the ensuing 12-15 weeks it has gone from bearable to more miserable. I'm sorry if you don't like your job, but this is life or death for us, not "(pointless) rules are rules!" Edit: After another 9 hours in the building, I realize that I have probably over-reacted in posting such a harsh review. While it is true that we were treated badly on one occasion, the vast majority of staff is quite pleasant and diligent. We really do appreciate the kindness & compassion that we have been shown throughout this experience. It is not about perks or policies, it is about attitude & quality of care and, for the most part, that has been 5-star!"

"I had my very 1st mammogram done and was told I needed to come back to get an ultrasound done so I came in had that done and then they done a total of 4 Ultrasounds and 3 mammograms I was then told I needed to come back to get a biopsy they cleared the right breast the left breast there was a Spot that was 3 mm in size They had a concern About. After 2 days I got my results and thank the Lord I was clear but I want to say the ladies in this office the doctor in this office they are all the nicest people I could have ever ran across I will continue to go there for the rest of my days and I will happily have my mammograms done every year it is painless and they hold your hand the entire way I never not one time felt uncomfortable They were so caring and gentle thoughtful friendly and truthful. And they don't make you feel like you are a burden. Thank you all"

"Unusual experience. Staff were kind, but regimental in processing patients. It was a "herding" methodology. Dr appeared to listen, but feedback showed otherwise. He was also very kind. I arrived a half hour early to be seen an hour after scheduled appointment. Office was fairly empty upon arrival, but packed upon departure. I have no "active" problems. My heart goes out to those going through the same process, but with other things to handle. I will return. My hope is that my words are beneficial not destructive."
