"I was able to book an appointment and arrived a little early. We made it in and out with in an hour. Having little ones it’s very appreciative of timing. All staff were kind and efficient. I’ve used this urgent care a few times and always seem to have a quick and pleasant experience."

"I was extremely disappointed, as many on here have stated. I was in town due to a family medical emergency. After spending. The day at the hospital I began to feel the symptoms of a uti. The only place open was a 24 hr “urgent care” as it stated on my google search. I was treated as with every uti. A simple urine test and prescription. I received a bill for 958.49. A $450 charge for the emergency room capabilities of this “urgent care” when I called to inquire about the bill, explained my situation, I was told that unfortunately this happens all the time, and I must have missed the sign. I expressed my concern with a business that knows something happens all the time, but does not do anything to correct the problem for its patients. Perhaps, for someone who carries a high insurance plan. The insurance eats this common mistake. But for a teacher who has a high deductible plan, it will now affect my finances for months to come. I was told that my concerns would be noted, but that I would still be responsible for the full bill. How sad that a company that operates under the value of integrity, wouldn’t take into consideration the many complaints they’ve received and better educate their patients upon admission and acceptance of insurance. Do better, people deserve better."

"The reason for the 2 stars is the parking for the pharmacy. There isn't any. There should be dedicated parking for pharmacy. They have spots for them to bring it out but that is a pain. I just want to go in real fast and get my meds to get feeling better not walk a mile each way in the cold! Put your customers first!"
