"Not bad. On the edge between commercial district and city outskirts, right across a barely used road from the movie theater and down the street from a police dispatch and a crossfit gym. Haven't had any problems that required service requests yet, but the landlady is very responsive and polite so far. Did have issues with inconsiderate neighbors making all sorts of noise through the paper thin walls (i.e. stomping, dropping things, and dog barking above me, loud bass music next to me) but ever since I discovered that a mix of white noise and brown noise drowns all of it out, including the lower frequency sounds (I use a box fan on lowest setting plus an A/C white noise recording played through a subwoofer), I've been much more content being able to sleep at night. The landlady said there are issues with residents letting their dogs urinate on the carpeting in the common hallways (probably why the hallway always smells bad) as well as occasional thievery in unlocked cars parked in the parking lot, but other than that, no other general issues. I did however notice that the apt numbers have faded off the mailboxes, but USPS don't seem to have many problems putting the right mail in the right boxes. As for package deliveries, they'll either get placed right in front of your apt door or just inside the main door of your building. I've had a good 20+ packages delivered since moving in, and not one has been stolen, thankfully. Overall not perfect, but once you drown out the noise (if noisy neighbors bother you) then it's a pretty good complex."
