"Honestly never met someone so unprofessional. The year started out good and then as time went on it just got worse. If you’re paying rent make sure it’s a check and you don’t need a receipt, I sat at her office for 2 hours when she said she was already there. Things would break or flood and it would be days before coming to fix whatever it was. They would just walk in unannounced. She would make rude and unnecessary comments. I do not recommend living under this company."

"I really like the place. The landlords are very sweet and we always chat during rent time. Very flexible when it comes to when you pay rent within the first week. More college aged people but some older people here and there. Downsides are the building is old and slowly falling apart, being in college I dont care as much but know others do. Not every apartment is the same, and in mine the dishwasher doesnt work very well but Ive got good neighbors although you will be able to hear them. Pet friendly and they dont discriminate on pets (pits dogs accepted) that being said, most people do and weve had some dogs bite people or other dogs but thats because of lazy people not keeping dog on leash and not training their dog. Hate the pool as people from all over Warrensburg use it, and not much to do to prevent it. Overall Ive loved staying here but I think it more as to do with my personality, needs/expectations, and easy nature of landlord than it is from the apartment wowing me. Has enough parking and quiet area though during the year baseball practices and plays you can hear them being up the street."

"First I just want to say that I only gave 1 star cause I had to. The apartment that I was shown and put money down on was not the apartment I was given when it came time to get the keys, they rented it even though it was supposed to be mine. I was shown an apartment with a fireplace, new carpets..etc..the apartment I was forced to take has carpets that are old and deteriorated with large stains and holes throughout. Also the ceiling is collapsing in in the living room, Everytime it rains so does the ceiling. I have tried numerous times to get the problem fixed with no avail. Everytime you turn on the water heavy black sediment pours out. The owners are rude and harassing and don't speak English very well..NOT LUXURY AT ALL. Do yourself a favor and RUN..."

"I wish I could rate this place with negative stars, it's absolutely horrible here. The walls are paper thin, the landlords don't speak English very well, they try to be nice and tell you no pet deposit then stick you later with it saying you have to pay and if you don't then move out. They do NOT follow the paperwork legally. Currently going to sue the pants off of these people and teach them a lesson. DO NOT move here. They are very rude and make you get rid of your animals."
