"Brookside Apartments is a nice, quiet and comfortable place to live. The apartments are clean, well appointed and are roomy enough to live comfortably. Our Property Manager, Rhonda Kelly, takes great care and pride in maintaining a safe, clean and friendly place to live. She is very personable and cares about the residents needs and comfort. I highly recommend Brookside Apartments to anyone looking for a clean, safe and friendly place to live. I am very comfortable living here."
"I have lived at Brookside Apartments for a year and a half now. The experience has been excellent. The property is well taken care of. The management is nice and friendly and the property manager Rhonda Kelley works hard to make Brookside Apartments a pleasant place to live. The maintenance is done in a timely manner and the apartments are well worth the money. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to live that fits your budget I recommend Brookside Apartments!!"
"I wanted to share my experience here at Brookside Apartments. I have been the Property Manager at Brookside for almost a year. Unfortunately, there were tenants that we could not renew due to problems here at Brookside. The tenants who are giving us a bad reviews are tenants who are no longer living here at Brookside. In regards to the parking here at Brookside Apartments, we had several tenants who recommended assigned parking due to the amount of spaces available. When you have 10 parking spaces behind one building and you have 5 tenants who own 9 cars, we had to do some changes for ALL the tenants. Brookside is a quiet, well maintained property. Yes, there has been some changes, but they have been for the benefit for all of our tenants. We have several very long term tenants who are very happy with the changes here at Brookside. I listen to the tenants, their comments, their suggestions etc. I hope you will give Brookside Apartments a chance to be your next new home. Rhonda D. Kelley Property Manager"
"This WAS the perfect apartment for me when I sign my lease 2019. I planned on staying here for at lease 3 years to save up comfortably for a house. Ever since the old property manager left it's been harassment after harassment with the parking spots. My boyfriend visited me every day but we were very clear that he did NOT live with me because this apartment was my space my responsibility. Rhonda made me add my boyfriend to my lease. Allowing him access to my stuff my space if we ever got in a fight or were to break up. As a woman that is scary and I felt so uncomfortable with that. She said that if he was not added she would start towing our cars, no regards to my feelings. I now decided that it's not worth renewing my lease because of this rule I did not agree to when I signed. In the middle of moving we parked in front for once during daylight to take stuff out of my apartment and then we're given a note threatening to tow our cars again 2 days later. The property people didn't seem to care. Also she has a tendency to text you when it's convenient for her and will tell u not to text her back..."
"If you’re planning on moving here don’t. Everyone you see talking about how great the manager is, are referring to the old manager. The new manager Rhonda has implemented a lot of new and up-surd rules. Especially the parking. She has assigned parking spots to everyone except that every unit only gets one spot. So if you’re in a couple or have a roommate, one of you will have to walk to the opposite end of the parking lot everyday or be towed. Note that this was not in the lease we signed but brought up halfway through our time here. So it does not matter what you sign on the lease. They’ll change the rules regardless. Also according to Rhonda the property owners do not care about having half the tenants walk 1/4 mile every day To their cars."
