"Been here a year, my apartment is nice, larger than most apartments In the area by a couple hundred square feet. I love the vaulted ceilings and the natural light it brings. Maintenance is responsive, but probably a little under staffed so sometimes it takes a little bit. The pool is nice in the summer but this last summer they had some issues with people breaking the pool furniture so they had reduced hours for most of the summer. Not a big deal during the day but if you like evening swims you are SOL. Was never late on rent so I can’t speak to fees or anything like that but judging from the lease they are on the aggressive side. Liked it enough I signed for another year."
