"If I Could give zero stars I would when I first moved there it Was good for a long time. They understood people problems and understood that people get behind and they worked with you and it was like that for a little bit over a year. We had property managers that has sense and respect, and we actually liked them. That all went downhill when they put the property manager kjay As the new property manager like eight months before I got evicted or less As soon as she stepped foot in there, everybody was getting evicted everybody had issues because she’s very disrespectful and rude. She will get mad when people go off on her because she would be disrespectful towards people and act like people Aren’t going to defend themselves. I was paying money on rent and it was disappearing off my account like I never paid it. Multiple times I will pay on my rent and it disappeared like it wasn’t even there. I went up there after court and not asked her for all the information that was provided in court, because I didn’t believe anything that she was saying It’s one thing to say something my face, and then another thing in court saying two different stories I had paid four days before court and after we left court, I went up there to ask for the paperwork she called whoever was on the phone and told him to take the money off and they did that now before I got evicted I came up with more than half of the money. The judge told me if you have most of it then you can stay and you can work out the details with your property manager, and the property manager agreed in court but y’all right after I went up there to give her the money orders, she wouldn’t take the money. She told me take that money and use it on a down payment for another apartment. I swear to God that’s what she said. I had more than half of it she wouldn’t take it Not mention she’s black too so she had a problem with me before I even knew her when she first came in I didn’t talk to her for months because it wasn’t s a reason to I payed my rent and went about my day I got held back helping ppl but I got more than half of the money told the judge I get paid next week and then that’s when they will have the rest of it. The judge said OK as long as you pay it, you don’t have to leave you’re not gonna get evicted, but KJ didn’t care, she didn’t want to take it so now I’m homeless with my dog staying at my mom‘s house trying to find a different place to stay with a eviction on my record when I had the money to pay them and she didn’t take it My life has flipped upside down and the past 6 or 7 months because she wouldn’t take it it’s hard trying to get a apartment now with that on my record damn near impossible even when you explain the situation it’s crazy. So please do not go through them you will regret it."

"I hate living here it was great before they changed property managers and now its total hell ive voiced maintenance issues for almost a month as well as a mouse infestation within the building im staying in and absolutely nothing is being done about it at all the maintenance sucks they hardly know what there doing i really wish i had just moved I do not Recommend staying here at all"

"BEWARE!! Worst place to ever live. Management....ha that is funny. People in the office are only there Monday through Friday. Nobody answers returns calls on the weekend phone line. Rude and unprofessional. Don't bother trying to deal with them or request anything be fixed because they retaliate with threats of fines and outrageous fees. Trash all over the grounds. The owning company Iron Door Management has no way to be reached and when you ask for contact information to corporate you get the run around. You won't be able to leave the grounds in winter because they do not have anyone maintain the grounds for snow removal or treatment. The local police department knows the address by heart because of the constant issues. Don't let the cheaply done decor fool you. Don't make the same mistake. The reply to this review sounds good but is clearly not true. How can trash be picked up daily when nobody works on the weekend? You welcome a call to discuss problems however I can screen shot the calls I made just today that I have yet to get a return call to. Emails from IRON DOOR MANAGEMENT don't get a response either. The winter snow removal and parking lot treatment has got to be the funniest thing I have heard in a long time. They back entrance gets blocked with cars that can't make it up the hill and management's resolution is for you to park outside of the complex at the top of the hill....but good luck walking up to your car on the untreated parking lot. Typical response to a true review of unprofessionalism and a horrible complex but very far from what the reality of nightmare is at Cimarron."

"Terrible...Maintenance Refuses To Fix Anything, Office Staff Are Rude & Disrespectful... They change and add rules or regulations to your lease while forwarding your signature.. I had a bad water leak that caused mold & ruin my furniture... I was in hospital because of mold and didn't receive anytime of compensation or fixing the issue"
