"I moved here about 4 months ago from out of state. The office staff was very helpful in the process, and even after a few months I'm super happy with our apartment. They are very quick taking care of service requests, and answering calls or emails."

"I lived in Woodlake for about 3 years and upon trying to leave they pulled out every trick in the book to try and get more money out of me from moving. Which was only resolved after having called them many times (and even being hung up on once), sending many emails, and finally going to the office myself when they can actually be found there. It was only when I laid out all the reasons they were not able to charge me what they claimed they would that they reduced my payment. They are now doing the same thing to my friend on an even larger scale, blatantly lying and charging for an entire extra mont of rent when they knew very well what the move out date was from long before the issue came to a head. Every experience I have had with them has been a desperate money grab on their part and they will do everything they can to try and get as much from you before leaving. This apartment complex is incredibly unprofessional and at times extremely shady. I would highly recommend not staying with them, as the likelihood of them doing the same thing to you is very high"

"This is a great place to live. Yes, parking can be a pain at times, there are some bugs because it's surrounded by woods, duh, and yes neighbors can cause issues at times. However, I have not noticed any crime here and I even feel safe getting out for a walk around the complex at night. It's a perfect location for an apartment community. The management has actually been pretty good, minus one small mishap between us, but even that was resolved in good order and they have been professional and responsive since. The maintenance staff is great about getting the apartments fixed when they need it and I LOVE the apartment its-self. I live in a larger 1-bedroom, it's very big for a 1-bedroom with a great layout and very cozy feel. Just love it. The only major downfall these apartments have is that they are outdated. The appliances and exteriors of the buildings, including the stairs, really need to be replaced. The complex was recently purchased, hopefully the new owner intends to make some updates."

"The apartments themselves are worth the money. Great location and decently quiet complex. The problem lies with the staff. Make sure when doing any business with the office staff that you get anything and everything in writing. Otherwise you may enter into a false agreement. Many things that were said have come back to haunt us. The complex has also been purchased and the new owners seem like the typical money hungry type. I would stay away and search for alternatives!
