When I have had a question or something needed service it was promptly attended to. My lease went smoothly and I have a nice, safe, comfortable place. Rents are reasonable and you can be close to all of Lees Summit’s amenities."

"If I could leave a review with zero stars I would. We lived here for 3 years and honestly, couldn’t be more excited to be gone. Pretty much from day one it was problem after problem. The buildings and units are not properly maintained or cared for. About 9 months into our first year I had to sue Worcester due to an injury caused by their negligence. Then last year we were required to “upgrade” to a “newly renovated” property, and I use those terms very loosely. There was nothing upgraded or renovated outside of new appliances in the kitchen. The new fixtures left exposed holes in the walls from previous fixtures. The taping and mudding in corners and joints was horrendous and peeling, leaving huge exposed cracks in the walls. The decks are rotting and falling apart. At one point we had to call LS codes enforcement because we had holes in our upstairs floor and management refused to fix it. The ground floor of our townhome continuously flooded because the gutters are not cleaned out regularly and water pools around the foundation. This lead to mold growing in our bedroom carpet, which took weeks to be addressed by the maintenance team. During Christmas our pipes froze and burst. We went days without water, and the end result was that our bathroom was never properly put back together. Walls were left mudded and unpainted and our vanity was never properly reinstalled or attached back to the wall. The only saving grace for this property is Samantha being there and trying her best to do best for the residents. She was the only constant during our 3 years there. It’s a shame Worcester doesn’t value her enough to promote her to property manager. Perhaps under her management Maple Estates could be a property the residents deserve, especially considering the absurd increase in rent prices they’ve charged for the, mediocre at best, renovations."

"We just moved in today and so far everyone has been extremely friendly and very helpful. Specificity our maintenance man Matt he came in and was a great help and was extremely friendly. Im extremely glad we got to meet him on our first day in."

"The staff at Maple Estates have been absolutely exceptional. Wonderful and quick communicators. The whole process of finding our new home has been easy and pleasant because of them. Sherita specifically is a gem and they are lucky to have her!"
