"Beautiful place. Unfortunately, never received a call/email back after touring and calling and emailing no less than 5 times over the course of two weeks to book another tour. Stressful enough moving to another city, but annoying to not have responsiveness on a place that we would have loved to stay. Ended up going to Summit Square and signing a lease due to their attentiveness."

"Seriously, I think I’ve found home. I haven’t felt at home in over a year and immediately upon touring this place I felt such relief. The lady who gave me a tour was an absolute angel and really took the time me show me the community where touring other places has never felt like that. She made the effort to get to know me and make conversation! The complex is beautiful, the residents are nice, and the apartments feel very homey! I cannot wait to call this community home next month!"

"The place looks nice. The problem was that I went there, a sign said "tour today", and the manager said "I have a meeting, I'll call you this afternoon and schedule a tour". I never got called. No tour = no lease, so I moved on to locations elsewhere in the KC metro. Two stars because the pool looks alright and the lobby was nice. No way I'd want to expect an urgent response to a maintenance request."
