"I live at Sugar Creek Apartments and I have lived here for a year and 2 months since I have lived here the landlord Steven he is a very good landlord he has put this place upside down and made it such a better place to live he is doing a really good job and this is a very good place to call home I love living here and I would rather live nowhere else he is doing an awesome job Steven is one of the best landlords that has ever ran this place and he is doing an amazing job and I am so proud of him Igave him 10 out of 10"

"When I moved in here there was different owners and I had problem with roaches coming out of walls but new owners took over with a property manager that cares and does his job. I have been bug free since they took over"

Don’t come here. These people don’t Give a Single Phuck. The apartments are infested and management’s trash."

"Since I moved in, management has been very adamant about getting rid of bugs. They have treated my apartment and all the other apartments every two weeks or even more often than that, because they want to get rid of them. They are using Terminix pest control. I am very happy living there it's the cheapest place I can find for one person. And they allow me to have my cat. So I don't have to hide her any longer. My selling point on my one bedroom apartment was the walk-in closet, the stand up shower with a seat in it, and the sink area that has counter space on both sides of the sink and a medicine cabinet with three doors for storing your bathroom items in. Water sewer and trash are included in your rent price,electric is not. They base your deposit, on your credit score. So I had a good score thought I had a good deposit. I am really starting to love it there. ❤️❤️❤️"

"For the area it's a nice place to live. Just be aware of your surroundings- alarms are allowed with proper permits if you feel you need it. I've never had issues in that regard. As far as any issues with mgmt regarding other things, they always are quick to respond to issues- I don't have any complaints living here. As a tenant you have to do your part as well- good value and location for me. This is my third year here."
