"This building is part of the Maple Avenue Apartments, which include 625 West Maple, 701 West Maple, in addition to houses on both Maple and Lexington Avenue (516 and 518 West Lexington, just to name a couple). There are 16 units in the building at 517 Maple. Some units have their own entry/exit door while others do not. I lived at 517 West Maple for six years."

"I loved my apartment, all of the complex team as well as my neighbors. I loved being able to walk around the Square & being so close to churches. The only reason I moved is to be closer to my family/grandkids."

"Absolutely unprofessional. If you're seeing their ads online, keep searching. Terrible at returning calls of inquiry and updating their listings. I called last week in an attempt to get more information on two units their websites said were available and then left a message when no one picked up. Waited 24 hours and called again to leave a second message but no one picked up again. By this time it was already Friday so I waited til Tuesday to try again. Still I received no call back or email regarding my inquiry. I called one last time Tuesday and finally someone picked up. However when I asked about the units I was interested in I simply received a "I have none available at this time" and an immediate hang up. Save your business for real professionals."

"The rent is ok , but you definitely have to worry about your safety.... They have squatters and homeless people coming in these apartments and sleeping on the stairway...the hallways and entry way smells of mildew and definitely not clean..the manager only cares about getting the rent..they do not do any up keep on this apartment it took over 4 months just for the Maintenance man To come fix necessities needed in the apartment like stove, fridge, toilet, and etc....I only suggest this apartment if you are extremely in need of a place asap, out of options or just cant afford anything but this.. Also beware of bugs, cockroaches Beatles water bugs any kind of bugs. They do come spray I believe a monthly or twice a month basis which helps but doesn't last. I actually have my own bug guy come and spray my apartment even when they do this because what they do is not Thorough !!! Only one positive is the rent and affordability"
