"Been here for 2 years almost 3 NEVER had an issue with neighbors until the new ones moved in below me. They’re always smoking and it seeps through the floor. Me and my wife get headaches from the smell of it. And I’m pretty sure they have someone staying there without Danielle knowing. The neighbors always put something in the doorway because the extras don’t have the main door keys. I’ve thrown their props in the trash hopefully they don’t get more stuff to put in the door.. if that’s the case why have a locked main door?"

"I lived here for a year along with my roommate who had been there for a year prior to my stay. These apartments are disgusting. Want to make a work order? Don’t bother. It will never get done due to lack of care on the management side and if it gets “worked” on then its pretty half way done. My plumbing wasn’t working and neither my dishwasher. I sent in an electronic work order and nothing was said or done. This was in February, and then in May I went down to the office to alert the Land Lord verbally and she claimed the order never showed up? Then it wasn’t until another few weeks that finally someone came up to see what the problem was. Left my kitchen a wreck and with no note of entry. My recommendation is don’t waste your time here unless you have no other choice."

"This place is the WORST rental experience I have ever had!!! The previous manager, Jessica, was awesome -- friendly, communicative, and professional. However, the new manager Danielle is the exact opposite. She is never in her office, never answers the phone, and certainly does not care what residents have to say or what they need. The way she communicates is by taping a printed Word document to your front door the NIGHT BEFORE she needs something from you, which we have pointed out to her multiple times is absolutely ridiculous and unrealistic. The neighborhood is trash and so is the property. It is unkempt, unclean, and run down. The playgrounds are in sink holes that turn into giant mud puddles any time it rains; there is constantly garbage strewn all over the parking lot and dog feces on the lawn. There are a few nice people who live here, but I have also caught neighbors gossiping about me right in front of my door. It is very clique-ish and residents just stand around and talk smack about anyone and everyone. People are allowed to smoke inside their units, so the buildings constantly reek. Additionally, there are always security threats here and the crime rate is appalling. Burglars break into apartments, homeless people hide out in the laundry rooms, and police are always on the property investigating cases. The prices may look good, but you definitely get what you pay for. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT! I cannot wait to leave here and never come back. Disgusted."

"I realize there are bad reviews and people sure love to spread drama but really? This place is the best apartment I’ve rented. I’ve been here for the last three managers and there are no bugs here. I love my home! Management is always nice and I’ve had several issues that were regular everyday things that maintenance came right up for. It’s worth what I pay and more!!! I won’t leave here unless we buy a house. I would suggest it to anyone. And I love all my neighbors."
