"Maintenance was always there when needed, always timely. Grounds always looked good and cleaned off in winter months. Owner of building was always fair and caring. I really liked living there, my apartment was really cute. I had to move to a diffent property because I needed no stairs and I'm still renting from them just in a different location and they helped me get what I needed."

"I have been a resident at Morse Plaza apartments for 3 years now. I did see a couple of the complaints on the reviews and wonder if some of those opinions were formed due to the previous owners. It has been fairly peaceful here and I have enjoyed the location especially due to its convenience to my main errands and recreation! The diversity of the neighborhood and I especially enjoy the historic houses and distance from the downtown square and the park, which is a walkable distance. The Owner/Management is interested in the apartments and have been doing a lot of restorative work to them and the outside landscape."
